Pull up a stool and sample the cheese named Grand Champion of the British Empire Cheese Show (mild cheddar, 1998). Viewing windows and a video unveil the mysteries of cheesemaking. Natural cheese, ice cream and many other treats can be brought home from the old-time gift shop or enjoyed in the café. Open Mon.-Sat., 8 a.m.-5.30 p.m.; Sun. 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
