Located on Deep Creek at the south end of Peachland, Hardy Falls is an ideal place to visit for all ages. For those who enjoy taking their time and admiring the beauty of the park, the walk to the falls could take about 30 minutes. For those that move along at a quicker pace, the walk to the falls takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Their are bridges and benches to rest along the way.
This local park offers a walkway, information kiosk, benches and creek waterway. The park's walkway connects with Lambley Park and the tennis courts. Visitors here can also walk under Highway 97 to the Peachland Mall. Trepanier Linear Park also features a mural painted by the students of Peachland Elementary.
Eneas Lakes Provincial Park is largely undeveloped and contains four lakes, drawing people to their shores to fish, canoe and more.
This 98 ha park is extremely popular throughout the year and especially so in summer due to it's location on the western side of Lake Okanagan. Visitors can sunbathe, swim, boat, water-ski and windsurf, and there are two campgrounds in the park but campers should be aware that the park gets very busy during tourist season.
This park features a walkway, stairs and gravel path that lead to the waters edge. Visitors will find parking on Buchanan Road at Stonewater Development.
This is a scenic park featuring a memorial, walkway and flower beds. Visitors will find this park in the downtown core next to the Day Use Wharf and Heritage Park.
Lambley Park is located across from the Peachland Center Mall. It's great for picnics, taking a stroll along the walkway or enjoying the tennis courts. The park also features Harold's Walk, in memory of Harold Thwaite, a long serving Reeve, Councillor and Mayor of Peachland.
This Peachland scenic park offers a picnic area and benches. There is also a playground on-site, as well as a totem pole. Heritage Park is located in the downtown core, west of Day Use Wharf and across from the Museum.
Peachland Promenade is located along the waterfront in Peachland, BC. Visitors and locals alike enjoy taking a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore and townsite.
Stairway to Heaven is located in a wilderness park in Peachland, BC. Climb the stairs in order to see the picturesque view at the top.
The 6th St Park is located across from the Community Centre. The park also has a basketball court.
The lake in question at Pennask Lake Provincial Park offers excellent opportunities for fishing. There is a boat launch on the lake but kayakers, canoeists and those on paddleboats should be aware that the lake is very large.
Visitors will find this park located along the waterfront. The scenic park offers a picnic area and swimming opportunities. Boats are not allowed in the swimming area.
Sport lovers will enjoy this park featuring a sportsfield, softball diamond, outdoor volleyball and basketball court. The park was named after a local family with 9 sons who formed a family baseball team and played successfully throughout the Okanagan.
Locals have been known to say that in order to be a true Peachlander, one must climb Pincushion Mountain. The elevation at the starting gate of the park is 570 m (1875 ft). At the summit, the elevation is 815m (2682 ft). On average it takes about 40 to 60 minutes to reach the top, which is a distance of 1.2 km. Hiking boots and a walking stick are advised, as there are steep trails and footing can be slippery. Don't forget the camera!
